Purple butterfly ditty bag
In 2008, I made a set of ditty bags. Whilst rummaging through my stash, Lisa rediscovered a large scale, purple butterfly print that she liked and combined with some pale yellow Ultrasuede, I made a ditty bag for her.
I remembered that the instructions that came with the pattern were simply dismal and I was glad I had put my own directions into the pattern envelope; it wasn't something I would have liked to reconstruct.
I did put some small personalizations on the ditty bag: very small, hand embroidered pink butterflies on the outside of the back and a hand embroidered "Made by Mom 2009" on the inside.
